Mr. Sergi Kapanadze is the Deputy Minister at Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia. He has formerly lead the Department of International Organizations at the Ministry, as well as managed Analytical Department of Foreign Intelligence Special Service of Georgia. In his capacity of Assistant Professor, Mr. Kapanadze delivers lectures on international negotiations and European studies at Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Social and Political Studies, Department of International Relations. The areas of professional involvement of Mr. Kapanadze envelop, but are not limited to: National Security Council Reform Project, Russia-Georgia conflict resolution and negotiations on de facto territories, negotiations of Russia accession to World Trade Organization, EU Eastern Partnership Policy elaborations for Georgia.
