As part of the regular CPS seminars, Zsuzsa Arendas presented some of the methodological problems and preliminary research findings of the Hungarian field research of IR Multiling project. Zsuzsa engaged in a discussion with an interview-format with Andrew Cartwright, co-director of the center. She presented the profile of the company she did the research at, the types of questions she asked from her interviewees, some of the methodological doubts and main findings of the research at this preliminary phase. Zsuzsa interviewed all together 15 employees of a multinational company belonging to the service sector, with an Indian ownership, running offices all over Europe, North America and India. Employees from different levels of company-hierarchy and belonging to different language-groups were among the research interviewees.
