During this OSE/NEUJOBS Lunchtime Session, Anton Hemerijck will present his new brand new book called "Changing Welfare States": the book is a major new examination of the wave of social reform that has swept across Europe over the past two decades. Social Affairs Commissioner László Andor will place "Changing Welfare States" in the context of the forthcoming Social Investment Package.
