CEU Center for Policy Studies research fellow, Vera Messing, just published an article in the journal European Education: "Differentiation in the Making: Consequences of School Segregation of Roma in the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia".
CEU Center for Policy Studies Research Fellow, Andrea Krizsan, co-authored a study with Eniko Pap for the Council of Europe "Implementing a Comprehensive and Coordinated Approach: An assessment of Poland’s response to prevent and combat gender-based violence".
The CEU CPS participates in the Countering Islamophobia project which aims to compare the operation of counter-narratives to Muslim hatred in eight EU member states in order to examine their use and effectiveness in terms of providing alternatives to prevailing narratives of hate and hostility and reducing racism.
"At the Edge of Solidarity: Securitization of the policies for ‘Roma’ and the deservingness of rights" is the winner of the 2016 IMISCOE call for book proposals. The volume will be edited by two INTEGRIM Junior Research Fellows: Tina Magazzini and Stefano Piemontese.
The Center for Policy Studies participates in the "Bridge To Business" research project which aims to facilitate the access of secondary and university level educated Roma to quality white-collar jobs at private companies.
