The Center for Policy Studies cordially invites you to a discussion on


 “Trading Places: Hungary and Official Development Assistance”
 

The two discussions, one of which will be in Hungarian and the other in English, are related to the project “Official Development Assistance (ODA) in the New Member States: Trade Regimes, the Private Sector and the Civil Society as Development Actors.” The aim of the events would be to discuss the role of Hungary as a new/old development actor in the context of the new International Development Cooperation strategy, with especial focus on the potential roles of the private and civil society sectors in international development.

The discussions will be preceded a brief presentation of the work of Anna Selmeczi, Attila Bartha and Marton Leiszen, from the Center for Policy Studies.

Speakers include: Attila Bartha, Marton Leiszen, Andrew Cartwright and Alexandra Lazau-Ratz
