Andras Molnar is a Research Associate at the Center for Policy Studies, where he investigates current examples of tools assisting collaborative governance within the frame of project 'Transforming into Open, Innovative and Collaborative Governments (TROPICO)'.

Andras's main professional and research interests are related to climate change adaptation, social vulnerability and community resilience, and involve different multidisciplinary questions. He holds a BSc on Environmental Engineering and MA on Regional and Environmental Economic Studies, currently pursuing his PhD on Regional Policy and Economics at Univesity of Pécs. Andras has been working in the humanitarian sector since 2011 and has experiences from the field and in coordination of disaster preparedness projects and response operations.
