Call for research assistant: Democracy in History Workgroup, CEU Democracy Institute
The CEU Democracy Institute is looking for a committed research assistant to contribute to setting up the Democracy in History Workgroup: Practices, Discourses and Theories of Democratization and De-Democratization in Historical Context.

Description: Help the coordination of the setting up of the newly forming working group on Democracy in History at the CEU Democracy Institute
Duties and responsibilities: Prepare workplans, organize seminars, outreach programs
Qualifications and experience: Candidates must be enrolled in a relevant PhD program, have an interest in the field, and good organizational and communication skills. The candidate is expected to work with a number of academics involved in the Democracy in History Workgroup.
Length and intensity: The RA is expected to start as soon as possible and be available part-time, at least 20 hours/week in the January – April 2021 period.
Compensation: The position will be remunerated in the form of a short-term assignment contract, as per the standard CEU remuneration for PhD students.
