Reflections on regional policy making

January 29, 2020

Sara Svensson published a Swedish-language and extended version of the blog post previously published on our site. The blog is a personal reflection coming out of her work within the project RSA Research Network on Regional Economic and Policy History, which sought to bring social scientists and historians closer together in research about and for regional development policy. In her new extended blog she includes comments by Swedish scholars, who state that historians generally are absent from policymaking circles in Sweden, including in regional governance.

The Swedish blog is available here.
